Group mediation

"Sometimes relationships between groups of staff, their managers or colleagues can breakdown and this can affect the productivity of the whole team. A breakdown between a group of staff can be caused by personality clashes, perceptions of unfairness in how work is distributed, management style including accusations of bullying, and lack of effective communication etc. Acas can work with you to help you diagnose what the causes of conflict are, to support you in rebuilding workplace relations and finding better ways of working together in the future."
